Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Tulsa plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
