Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Haven Manufacturing makes precision components in Hartford, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
