Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Amberfield Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
