Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Fernwood Field Markets Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
