Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Field Markets Group is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
