Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Linden Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
