Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Cedar Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Providence. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
