Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Linden Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
