Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Antonio. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
