Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lantern Construction Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
