Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Honolulu. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 379 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
