Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
