Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Markets is a St. Louis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
