Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Amberfield Oak Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Portland, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
