Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
