Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Haven Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
