Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Farms Partners is an agricultural business based around Anchorage, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
