Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
