Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Field Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
