Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Raleigh. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
