Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Portland. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
