Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Stonegate Ashton Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
