Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms.
