Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
