Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 519 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
