Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Drift Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders.
