Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Drift Foods is a Philadelphia food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 280 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
