Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
