Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Union Foods and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
