Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Summit Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
