Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Linden Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Omaha, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
