Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Omaha region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
