Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
