Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Oakland, CA)

Bright Linden Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Oakland. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
