Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath West Environmental Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
