Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Granite Press is a printer and publisher in New Orleans serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
