Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Glen Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 313 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
