Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Nashville region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
