Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Nashville, TN)

Nova Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
