Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Umber Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Nashville. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
