Rivermark Oak Freight Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with loads and lanes.
