Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Orchard Farms Associates is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
