Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Willow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Milwaukee plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
