Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Willow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Miami. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
