Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Harbor Freight is a Miami logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
