Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Nest Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
