Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

Bright Umber Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
