Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Markets and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
