Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Ember Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Memphis plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
