Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Madison. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
